As a second generation half/Scot and a friend of an old Welshman, I assure you that to be a fact! There ain't much love for the Empire.

I can imagine my ancestors spinning in their caskets everytime I see prince chuckie in his kilt. I do hope everyone knows I started all this in fun and with the deepest respect for whom I consider our Brit - er, ENGLISH brothers. I think we Yanks have managed to get over the centuries of oppression and unjust taxation to the point we can get on with life with just one celebration per year. And I suppose a lot of that is due to the Brits themselves who have been loyal friends and allies down through history. Bless you all mates - just keep your jaffa, as well as your tea out of Boston Harbor. Now, with that all said - we can continue this meaningless banter...
