Had a bulb go out on my light bar.....searched all the local parts houses and the closest I can find is a 55w. The stock bulb is a H312V35W. The Amp draw on the 35 is listed at 2.92ish Amps. Will the 55W bulbs smoke my eletrical system?

I was able to find an exact replacement at the local HD dealer.
Women and cats will do as they please. Men and dogs should just get used to that fact and relax

I've been using a pair of standard 55W H3 bulbs in my lightbar for more than 6 months. Nothing's gone bang so far.

I've run 55 watters in the Triumph light bar with Triumph light bar wiring harness with no problems. I believe worst case would be the fuse may blow. I don't think it would be a problem to bump up the fuse by 5 amps if necessary.
The one time I shopped for 35 watters, I had to hunt for a while to find them from an online source.

No problems. I've been running 55W four years now.
