I did notice that the CDI mount is secured with 2 rivets. Mine was not tight to the frame but slightly loose at the rivets. Because the CDI screws to this mount my new one is probably loose as well. I had assumed that that was the way they were supposed to be. It does seem that it could vibrate unnecessarily being loose.
