Just purchased a 2005 TBA and although it will be under my carport it will not be in a fully enclosed garage. So I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for a good aftermarket cover that I could purchase for it. I'd like a good fit for a 2005 TBA and thought here would be a good place to ask. Any suggestions? Thanks

I bought the Triumph cover made for the bike. Seeing that you are under a carport, the light cover will work fine and costs about 100. It is designed to fit America/Speedmasters with or w/o windshield and with or w/o backrest. It also is wide enough in the back for saddlebags. It has velcro tabs to take up the slack if you don't have a windshield or backrest.

Another plus - it can compress to a very small size and you can take it on the road. I always travel with mine as you never know when you might have to park near a lot of dust or under pollen laden trees.

if you aren't going to be taking it with you everywhere like RamSound... just go for a Large Size Motorcycle Cover at your local wamart or look on ebay. The carport will protect your America from any rain/hail/treelimbs/squirrels/etc. so, basically you just need a cover to keep the dust/pollen/cutgrass off. They average $25 bucks.... save the other 75 for other mods.

oh, but whatever you do, let the bike cool for a few minutes before putting the tarp over it. Don't want it melting on the headers, do ya?

If you are still looking for one, I have a DOWCO Guardian EZ motorcycle cover XXL which works perfectly over windshield and backrest. Used one winter (like new)in Alabama in a covered/sheltered entrance way. Has aluminized heat resistant coating near bottom, etc. Will sell for $45. Also have a Kryptonite above-ground stronghold lock plate (mounts into concrete) that I will sell ($40), if you are interested in securing you bike. Send PM if interested.

Wal-mart, large mc cover $19.95. My bike was outside in apt. parking lot for 4 1/2 years. I was in to my 2d cover when I bought a house with a garage.
