Both methods work it's up to you really. I used an air chisel on several sets now with great results. But I have heard more than 1 person have problems with that method. My TORs are constructed differently than stock pipes,I don't think they would work well for a single baffle removal. Even at a full gutting I think they might be problematic. They have a perferated tube running all the way through the center of the baffles. I never gutted a set so I am not sure how many it goes through.
