change is always happening,some people get bored with same old, same old and start pushing the limits of other peoples preferences. I too grew up in the sixties and heard a lot of "when I was a kid". also got sent home from grade school (parochial) for pants being too tight along with the girls whose dress didn't touch the floor when they knelt down. But I wasn't the kid with the longest hair in jr high but many tried to stand out to be different, individuals. We're all hooligans, pushing poeples buttons. We're all human
