Has anyone installed the kuryakyn halogen silver bullet turn signals?

I like the shape and finish of the actual indicator but dont like the little block where the wiring comes out. It seems to spoil the sleek look of the shape. I am still considering whether to get some to mount on the rear fender strut of my 05 speedy.

I've got the full-size silver bullets on mine - fronts in the standard spot and rears mounted on the rear fender. Think there's pics in my photopost thing.

Here are some bullets Kurkyan or how ever you spell it with a nice small mounting point.Sorry the pix aren't better and the bike is a little dirty I've been riding. Mine are LED by the way.

The reason I was asking is. I wanted to know what to do with the other wire? once I get them hooked up.

What I think is the grounding wire. Since it says on the paper that came with them that the light is grounded already to the body of the light.

If you are talking about the 2nd wire in the harness it is a ground and just connect it to the housing on the light somewhere like the mounting nut & stud. It could have been a 3rd wire from the light if the light was designed to act as a parking light with a 2 filament bulb.

The lights I got are just single function lights and only has one wire coming out of the housing. On the instructons it says to just hook the hot wire to the single wire and that should be it.

Yes but a good idea to connect the ground wire to the mounting stud. Don't have to it will work anyway just an extra ground to ensure proper operation and a good ground. If they are LED you will need some sort of load resister or an LED flash unit to make them work right too.

OK thanks for the info. I've got the halogen lights just didn't want to mess with the LED lights.
