I had a vibration after doing a chain adjustment. The bike was on a stand to adjust the chain and when it was off the stand seemed to be tighter with weight on the wheel. I never bothered checking it till out riding and noticed a new vibration. Re-adjusted the chain to where it was and the vibration is now gone.
