In any population, there will be a certain percentage of people who just ain't wrapped right and need to be under professional supervision and/or prescribed medication. Although the percentage within a population, type of 'problem' and extent of the condition may vary, it would be safe to presume that one or more of these folks will be present at any event with more than six or seven people in attendance. The larger the population/attendance at an event, the greater the number of people who are fruitcakes and the greater the variation in types of mental, emotional, or social problems these people have. For some reason, events such as bike rallies, shows, or like events seem to have a larger percentage by population of sociopathic inclined people who should not be let out among the normal folks (myself not included, since I'm a bit of a nut in my own right

) who are able to go about their business and enjoy themselves in a crowd without making rude, crude, or otherwise unsocial comments to complete strangers over nothing more 'offensive' as riding a British bike.
Just my opinion.
