honestly, i don't think the turnouts are that loud. i have them on right now and don't have problems hearing or anything. maybe i just like them LOUD!!! Pogue Mahone is right - it was a tight fit, but with a little lube it'll work on.
next time i get them off i'm gonna bend the flap on the inside up to open them a little. the crossover is still on my list of things to take care of.
i've also got some crazy scraches, almost like my boots scratched the chorme off when they were hot. the crome is a little on the cheap side, but for 20 bucks what do you expect?
