It happens man. I was doing brakes on my 83 Katana when my girl called me and told me she had a kinkey serprise for me. I went back to the bike , put on my helmet, and took off. I hadn't tightened down the right caliper yet. About 10 miles down the road, the bolts vibrated out. I hit my brakes comming up to a stop sign, and the calpier jumped up into the fork leg and then came off the rotor. It caught just enough of the rim to jam between the fork leg and rim, and abruptly locking the dront wheel. I went down like a bag od dodo
