all you need is the bike unless you know the guy or schedule more than 1 session. they put the bike up there run it up to temp then do 3 "runs". Basicly nail the throttle 3 times and record the data, done. Then it's unto you to interpret the data and make what ever adjustments you deem warrented then bring it back to test it again and repeat the process until you are happy.
