I,m just guessing but i figure i need to go around 130, 135 max.
Your 140 could be the reason of your large feul consumption , but i,d start with removing the shim from the needle take her for a good long ride through the twisties and see how she fares, if your economy doesn't improve much ,drop ya main jet down a size or two, if ya main jet is too big you'll probably get better performance from a smaller 1 anyway.
