I was talking to a HD rider today who has one of the ElectraWideGlideUltraFatBobs. He has more accessories than most cars. It's 90 degrees now and will be hotter tomorrow. Can an air conditioned Harley be far off?

I tease my dad all the time about where he's hiding the fridge and the portable shower on his 2-wheeled HD motorhome.

The model with a.c. is actually the FXDLRTYZGHJS-AC and is marketed as the 'Big Wide Fat A$$ Cool Boy Deluxe Refer King'.

Gerbing (maker of excellent heated gear) has a portable A/C unit for moto cops. About the size of a toaster with a hose running to the cops vest.
When and if a civilian model is offered, I'm in line. It get's mighty hot on my afternoon commute here in Big D.
For now, I use a phase change cooling vest designed for road construction crews and housing roofers. It gives about 1.5 - 2 hours of cooling between charges.

He took that thing down to the Dragontail in N.C., he shouldn't have any floorboards and only about half of his bags when he gets back.

Is that a Harley or a short schoolbus?
Anyway, I saw an air conditioned helmet on the bargain table of a bike shop that caters to bummers and leadwingers. I guess even that crowd wouldn't buy it.

All it needs is a couple of smiley faces on each saddle bag to complete the look.

I went to a Harley dealer and my local Triumph dealer today.
I had money in pocket, nothing being offered for sale at the Triumph dealer. Maybe 12 total t-shirts, mostly Small and Medium. No men's sizes!
Went back to the Harley dealer and bought a nice bag for my luggage rack. HD got my $100.
