Thats what I was trying to say blackdog, the name calling was too much but I can see where she might have needed to be told she was being inconsiderate. He simply went about it the wrong way. Tough and stern but not belittling or degrading to me would be the right way if it was a repeated thing. Especially if it was me and I was making time out of my schedule during a busy day to be sure to call at a certain time! Then the phone is off repeatedly!! I would be pissed too but wouldn't call names.
