I think "again" is the key word here. I would be pissed too if I made an effort every day to call a certain time and she doesn't have it on time and again. I think the name calling might be a bit much but inconsiderate and the like are probably accurate and the little girl should be told that she is being so. The pig comment is a bit over the top.
