Well Shane, I guess I have to admit that the "science" of Eugenics has been somewhat discredited in the past....but THAT was ONLY because it concentrated it's focus on racist endevors for the most part.
You see, being basically the OVERALL misanthrope that I am, MY little suggestion would encompass ALL races and creeds, irrespective of their wealth, fame(once again, may I direct your attention to the "Baldwin Thread"), status, political views, etc, etc, etc...and would of course NEVER be used as a tool to perfect any kind of future "Master Race" of blond, blue-eyed KNUCKLEHEADS, or anything like THAT!!!
