Dan Frankel is attempting to reinstate the mandatory helmet law in PA. If you enjoy the freedom of being able to make your own decision, I urge you to write your PA rep and let your feeling's be known. here at Abate Find your PA rep here... This only takes 5 minutes of your time.....write your rep.

It is a good idea to write. I spoke with Mario Scavello not long ago and he doesn't think it will ever get signed to reinstate. Still let your feelings be known.

next thing you know they'l be telling us its against the law to mowe your lawn without saftey glasses. Cops will be patroling neighborhoods checkig to se if your eyewear is OSHA approved. I wis they would stop waisting taxes lobying for this crap!

Thank you for not turning this into a "your a stupid no helmet wearin freakshow" thread...
I've gotten both positive and negative feedback about this issue on different forums. It isnt about whether or not you wear a helmet, it's about the right to make your own decision.
