They have a long history in the legacy Triumph community. Charging for parts that may never show is not uncommon. They've been through a couple of Ebay name changes. 24 BBB complaints in the last 36 months. Trying to get the correct part for incorrect parts shipped was another major complaint.
With a recod like that it is amazing that they are still in business or at the very least haven't been sued.
