Just kind of wondering how many folks did not get everything they ordered, and how many recieved damaged items. I have given up on them at this point. Must have been 10-15 phone calls, many more emails, unanswered. I finally got a package, not everything there and some damaged items. Sent the damaged things back. Had to call them 4-5 times more to get the replacement items and what they had not sent before. Finally got that shipment, and more damaged items. They beat me down and I gave up trying to get this done. And yes, I AM PEAVED.

I received all ordered items, with them being in great condition. I am really sorry about the hassle you are going through. Hopefully they will resolve all issues.

Ditto, they took some time but it all arrived. I wasn't really riding in the snow much anyhow

We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

Right you are Ed!! no more of this "sale" stuff for me, well unless it is Brent's sale At the very least Brent gets back to you, and quickly. No complaints from me on NewSpeedmaster.

Glad to hear most of you, so far, didn't have much problems. What really got me was they offered to give me a credit, to buy more stuff from them. I had to laugh and hang up before I got to the really indignant stage. (Kinda blowin off steam here more than anything)

They shorted me on a belt buckle, which I was charged for, and they also charged me sales tax on the original invoice, then realizing the mistake, on the packing slip they increased the shipping cost by the amount of the sales tax.

Didn't bother calling.....from the other posts, it sounded like a bad use of time....still got a smokin' deal on a bunch of gear.

There's no such thing as a free lunch.

I was missing two items with no explanation, and one of the shirts I ordered was the wrong size.

The might have had great prices in that 50% sale, but thats no excuse for the extremely poor customer service.

No one asked for a "free lunch". We only took them up on what they offered. They did not do well keeping up on their end of the deal. Some had no problems, others had little problems, and still others had BIG problems. I can not see anyone looking for a "free lunch" anywhere in the situation.
