In the history of BA.com, there has only been one person banned. He was abusive, caustic, and mean. We bent over backwards trying to be nice and finally warned him of his impending doom.  Nothing seemed to get through so he was axed.

The guy who attacked Thanassis did it through email only and it was an email account which he set for that specific purpose. We never did find out who did it and surprise, surprise no one took responsibility for it.
