I mean it is OK to tell someone something in confidence and that confideance should be honored. Its another to attack someone in a PM. And that is messed up especially over a name or nationality or religon.

Larry, Dear friends, Wow! I am overwhelmed. Thank you one and all for your concern over my well-being but as we have a saying over here "bad dogs don't die". I have had a bit of a rough time sorting out several issues (personal and otherwise) that more or less exploded in my face just over a month ago. I am fine, in good health and spirits (lately) and my "issues" seem to be rapidly disappearing. I seem to be a blessed and lucky SOB (something I feel I don't deserve ... the "blessed" and "lucky" parts that is, the "SOB" part I probably DO deserve). I am touched at your concern and apologize for not getting back sooner. As I explained to Wojo earlier in a PM I read his message from my "smartphone" (dumbphone actually) and was unable to reply to him until I got back to my laptop today (some may remember I had the same problem on the Asendorf run last summer where Adey was posting on my behalf). I also wasn't aware of this thread until now. All I can say is that you are all an amazing bunch of people and that I am proud and honoured to be associated to you all (translated that means I will soon be back to "terrorize" you again ). What a family! Thanassis.

Phew, You had us worried there dude. We thought you might have been carried off by a band of gypsies or something. Actually that may not be bad depending on what they looked like. Glad to hear you're OK.

It's OK Thanassis, every one needs to step off the edge of the world once in a while. But just like your favorite road, we'll be here waiting when you come back. Brian

Thanassis, I got the same response when I decided to go on my hiatus from BA.com a while ago, including you, so what would you expect? Hope the rough times are soon times in the past as "SEEMS" to be happening on my end... All the best! Greg

Great to see you back. Your relatively extended absence obviously had a few of us wondering where you were. Now that you have had your Huck Finn/ Tom Sawyer experience we can box your ears for worrying us and get back to business as usual
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
