No helmet law in MN, but I wear one 100% of the time anyway. I like it, and feel better with it on there. It also protects my shaved head from the sun. It's just a halfie, but I see it as better than nothing. I wear my jacket about 95% of the time and jeans, boots, gloves, and Panoptx shades 100% of the time. I have a full helmet, but haven't worn it once since I got the half.

I don't have a wind screen, but I don't really mind bugs and wind.
