At first I was just annoyed by some of the Avatars, but now I'm thinkin since we may have to put up with this for a while (or maybe not) we should encourage some creativity with an unofficial contest. Personal avatars may not be a bad idea for a permanent thing. I've seen some pretty good ones. Stern's Sean Connery as James Bond, Dinquas computer guy and others some with mc's in them.. Some continue to freak me out and give me nightmares like Mike's Hanibal, and Mlessard's HD symbol , but let's get them out there. I guess the people that have regular avatars can't contribute or they could put one in a post. My preferecne is to lean toward MC themes but others are good also. Just an idea.. signed PES, or the guy that has "no life" and sitting in from of the computer on Easter

Me too. It's almost 2 PM on Easter Sunday and only 34 degrees. The planned ride with my riding buddies was cancelled due to potential hypothermia.

Seen enough "creative" avatars to last me a life time. Long for the good old days when there was just the tank color ones.In other words no thanks, not interested.

I turned on personal avatars with mixed feelings. As long as people don't cross the line, I have no problem with them.

What is with all the cry babies? The only one I could see being any kind of a problem is that speedo one that takes up 2/3 of the screen.

I could see how it could get out of hand, Phil. I really like the ones that feature members bikes. Maybe if there were a few guidelines it might work better. If I only had a digital camera....

Mine were both clean that I was forced to remove one had a distorted chin if you saw anything else that is in the mind of who ever it was. The other had a guy with a gun.

I hate to say it, my friend...but the toilet ain't much better.. How about playing a round with your beautiful bike and maybe that Thunderbird you had on here the other day. I got it, Dog...your bride on the speedy. Can you shrink pictures from a digital camera to make them fit in the avatar place.? Oh yes...along with all my other shortcomings I'm computer stupid

I could do any of the above. I don't think the toilet is offencive. It should be seen as silly as it is supposed to be. I am already looking around for my next one. Not sure what it's gonna be.

I have some really bad real cyclops pix and other deformities but I figured that was too much and would be offencive to many not to mention shocking.

Yeah, both clean... right. Let's see, the first was balls on chin dude from MIB, not a distorted chin as you so coyly put it. I wonder how grandpa would explain that to his young grandchild? I believe I saw the second. Gun in your face with swastikas in the background? Real nice. How could anyone find that offensive?
Why not put something bike related up and quit making a federal case out of this?

Looked good in your photo gallery though. When you are deleting in photopost go to the very bottom of the page. The delete button in the upper section doesn't work.
