I live in a state without a lid law, and wear my shorty most of the time. I ride with people that never put em on, and others that don't leave home without em. I have a choice. My wearing or not wearing a helmet isn't going to put anyone else in harms way so I don't need big bro or anyone else making a law to protect me from me.
