I wear it all the time. Helps that NY has the law, but on my way bacl thru VT, MA, CT and NY last weekend, two guys pulled over right next to the "Welcome to CT" sign, and took off their lids. I think it's silly. In that case, it seems like they are doing it for the wrong reasons, ya know? Everyone has their OWN reasons, and that's cool with me. Be your own. I just hate it when people don't wear one cause JEsse James doesn't, or whatever. Be your own man, and if that means the occasional ride without one, more power to ya.
