Finally, a chance to see my bike, in a pseudo "new" York setting with my dulset tones..all set to music of The Who- does it get better...?...yes...by far...but the bikes..still good!

I think I heard you say the exhaust was stock...your pipes sound too good to be stock...could they be long TORS ??
By the way, I loved this video, as well as the other three you have done.

'06 Speedmaster, Long TORS, rest is stock (for now)

Looked to me like stock with baffles out from the one shot where you could see inside a little.

That is your best video yet!

Where did you mount the camera to get that shot of you shifting?

Nice goin' again, Rob!

You look to be back to 100% again after the mishap of a while back.

Keep 'em comin'!

Thanks everyone for the kind comments- Relistening to myself again on the vid- I sound a bigger nob than I normally do (make mental note to rehearse voice over and not call the Ai the A1- which is a road in UK!)

Celt has it right- they are stock-sort of-the_Dog33 spotted the reason

The mounts used vary from a bullet camera mount to a standard clamp. I think the secret is to get a recorder which has an anti-roll feature (you know the type that jogging radios have, anti jump)

Im children free today and know of a local "mod" rally- so may pop down with the camera- If I fail to return- send out a search party!

I figured you recorded the video with the 'natural' sounds? The exhaust, traffic, etc.?? Perhaps that's the live version?

Great video Rod. I do enjoy your videos. Great stuff man. Thank you

Must say, that is a devilishly good looking machine. Cardinal Red you say

No No No, you sound just fine. Like any good englishman should sound.

Now would you mind running down to Old London Town and making a few videos around there for me. I sort of miss the place bit. Maybe take in the New Emirates Stadium for me while your at it. Oh, and as for the sound track, umm, The Clash - London Calling. That should do just fine. Or maybe Thats Entertainment by The Jam.

Rod, I'm with Mark on that one. Just love the vids and you're a clever dude but maybe a little more practice to refine your technique is required say for instance in and around yee ol London town. Then we get a free tour on the best bikes goin. thanks again

Phil(bonnyusa)- now I understand!(im a slow swimmer in the shallow end of the gene pool!)

I thought you meant The Who- I have 3 different versions of the same song and I believe you (United Staes of America) got a stateside version-

Regarding the sound- To me, Its always a trade off between putting the sound of the engine with music ...and then selecting the right peice of music to suit the mood. Id be happy to post the rides unadulterated, (for the puritans)- but I fear I might bore a large part of the audience- Please let me know what you ( the forum members )would prefer- i'd be happy to oblige

Thanks once again everyone for your comments

Regards

RodYork
