The marks on it in the photo are water. It is like brand new. I bought it for the wife last August for the same reasons your looking at them, and we found out she was pregnant the next week. She has not been on it at all. I have taken my Mom for a ride, and sat on it myself just for kicks. It is very plus. your wfe would be happy!
As for the looks... Probably not for everyone, but, it looks cool, IMHO. Kinda has that GT350 fastback vibe. Definately no other seats like it. I'm actually going to miss it.
I'm selling it because the wife is not going to ride, and I want to do some spring improvements.
