Anybody recall who the individual was that made a backrest with the support installed under the pillion? I have been trying to obtain some information about how he did this and have not been able to locate the thread that was posted providing instructions of how it was done....... If anyone knows please PM me or post an answer... Thanks

Piper, that's awesome!! I need to do that, altho my pillion is a Corbin.. Can you give some more info on how you bolted it up?

Don't know what a Corbin looks like underneath, but the whole idea is an L-shaped bracket that bolts under the pillion and on the back of the backrest cushion itself. I used a home-made cushion to start with, but ended up using the one that is used on the passenger backrest. Got one from another member here. I like the support in my lower back - feels just like a steady hand supporting it - and the looks aint bad either...

I have a backrest for my corbin, but I want one for the lady I'll look into it! Thanks!
