good news and I'm almost certain you will love your screen. just for interest, here's a side photo of mine
which is a 17" and it works very well for me at a 6'1". So for you I wouldn't have expected the 18" to be the right size cos with the sizing, you need to see over the screen by 2" by memory. That way the head wind delects over your head. In my case the wind just hits the top of my helmet but I feel no buffeting whatsoever. Also for interest, I have an open face and wear special glasses for day and night. Anyway coming home last night I forgot my clear glasses so rode without any. As it turned out because of the screen, I was able to see perfectly without getting watery eyes as I would have had without a screen. Goes to show the value of the screen I believe.
