I don't know if its been said or not but the resale on the HDs aren't that great. Sure it can resale for 10-12, but it cost 15-20 for a "big" twin or a sporty will sell for 3-5 that cost 7-10 new. The triumph I have seen sell for 4,500-6, and cost 7 new. Sure their is plenty more aftermarket for the HDs, but I can't think of a part that I wanted that wasn't available.
And really doesn't every HD look pretty much the same? Black and chrome, wow thats original, oh you added the "live to ride, ride to live etc, never seen that before.
The only problem with the speedy is you can't go anywhere and not have people ask you about it.
