LOL You can only get a fraction of the cost of a Hardley back these days. Even if you do manage to keep it running that long. I don't plan on selling mine but the dealer I go to sells them left and right for almost the cost of a new bike. He just sold an 03 custom for almost $7,000. That 03 was ridden hard too. Sporty is worth about $5 at that point realisticly a sporty is worth about $2500 to $3,000 at that point any more than that and you got ripped off. Like a Hardley used to...depends how far back ya wanna go. I bought the pan I used to have for $500 at the time a Bonnie was about the same price. There are too many copies and clones and look alikes out there. It has hurt Hardley resale I have several friends who own shops if you don't believe me you are welcome to ask them. Those rediculous Titans and Ultra cycles you can't give awy to anyone who knows anything about them.
