1 The Triumph will not only keep up but in most cases out run the harleys. 2 They hold resale value much better. I have an 04 Speedmaster and I can sell it now for almost what I paid. The same can't be said for Hardley. 3 You can do tons of mods and still have less money invested than a Harley with no mods. 4 Be different nopt one of the crowed. I have been riding Triumph for almost 30 years and they are accepted anywhere you want to go and in most cases draw the attention because its different. People will say things like "haven't see a Triumph in years" or " Cool bike" " what year is that" Etc.. Very well made bikes now a days too. I ride very hard and run straight pipes, jetted carbs, high flow air filter , etc.. and I have almost 11,000 on my bike and hasn't missed a beat I hear guys with 50,000 on them saying the same thing. Harleys are WAY over priced!! Triumph is also a much older make than Harley the first Triumph was about 1883 (just a bicycle with a motor adapted to it) Actual production started about 1901. When I bought mine the payments if you go that route were like $99 a month but I paid mine off in a couple months.
