I agree with Jack on this one - of course, once they smell my helmet, they'll drop it (just kidding). I've been riding for 40 years, always worn a helmet, and have never had one stolen. Most of my bikes through the seventies had a hook under the flip up seat to latch your helmet to. But since those days, I've never had a helmet ripped off. Now days, I buy $100 lids so I should welcome some theft protection.
