Noticed in the newspaper the accidents/deaths are increasing with the warm weather and spring here in SW Ohio.
1) Thursday...48yr old man lost control of his "HARLEY" in a curve and hit a tree.
2) Friday...A 53-year-old motorcyclist was killed Friday evening when he tried to pass a Ford van and struck the vehicle. Both vehicles were in the left lane when ... tried to pass the van, police said.
Do people forget how to RIDE over the winter break?? I think so. It is a good reminder for ME to pay attention as the riding season starts. Remind myself about things like counter-steering, watch my speed and don't do STUPID stuff.
