Hello. My name is Nathen, and I'm a chromaphobe....

I just installed a pair of mirrors that were originally intended for the HD Night Train. I think they look great, and they allow a great view of what's behind me. I haven't taken for a spin yet, so I'm not sure about vibration. To avoid any "THis thread is useless without pics" comments i snapped a few quick shots in the garage. I'll get some better pics later.

Hi Nathen,
I like the look. Hope they don't slow your motorcicle down too much. These Triumph machines express an aversion to HD parts.

The mirrirs boltd on with a couple of washers for spacers. It took a little bit of thought to mke it work, but it was relly pretty simple.

Yeah, she doesn't go as fast now with the Harley parts on it, but worse than that she now has an oil leak!

I like the upper fork wraps. I've been toying with that idea. Did you make those yourself? And yes, the mirrors look good.

Tal, Yeah I made them myself, so they are cut to fit the shrouds. The set I have on there is a lighter weight pig skin, but I've been thinking about making another set out the heavier cow hide I used to cover the sprung solo seat I'm putting on my speedy. I also made the leather covers for my levers, but I think the levers would look better powder coated. Thanks.

RPM is on the west side of Dallas. It's the best in the Dallas area. There are shops in Ft Worth and Waco that I have heard good things about.
