I saw an advertisement for Ramp Cycles on Ebay offering ceramic coating services. I'm guessing they use a local shop out near them. Figure if they're doing ceramic coat, they can also do normal powder coating as well. Tricky thing is finding out who they use so you can go straight to the coater instead of paying for Ramp's markup on top of it.
