You will need an oven too. I considered doing this for awhile myself, then a guy opened a shop about 6 miles from my house. A buddy of mine had some factory chrome HD pieces done there and the price was really reasonable. They prepped the chrome and coated them black. He was happy with the cost and the quality.....
