I could be wrong but the bikes on that list are probably insurance jobs and the owner either crashed them and are trying to avoid getting a wrecked bike back after repairs, or younger person that can't afford it anymore or even possibly tired of and realize that they still owe more money for it than what they can sell it outright for so they do the old insurance job and get someone to steal it for them and call it in as stolen. Just my opinion but I lay some money on it!
