I took the plastic tool box out. What few tools I carry, go up front in the tool roll mounted to the forks. And since my Epcos are nearly as loud as the horn, nothing's startling when I give the horn a blast. Btw, the shelf the plastic tool box normally sits on helps a lot in keeping any dirt off the horn. I've had it mounted there for about 6 months now with no problems.
