29 days, 22 hrs and a 3,462 mile swim. HAHA!!!  you'd have to Swim 24 hours a day at 5 miles an hour to make that time.

For some reason, it has you swimming all the way to France (spit)!! Why not save a couple of hours swim and land in Cornwall??

probably has to do with shipping traffic...less congestion, than the Cornwall route...or perhaps it's one of those "local route knowledge" things
