I've got no problem busting through a HOG chapter pack. Done it more than once. Have you ever been behind one of these? Around here they're usually 5-10 mph under the speed limit...sometimes slower. And judging by the HOG Chapter Road Captain I know, they don't exactly have a lot of experience. She has maybe 3 years of riding experience, and I wouldn't call her a natural.
