very easy remove the seat and one bolt (12 mm)holds it (the tank) on...remove the dash panel...unplug gas line..and pull vent hose off from under tank...(you'll find it when you lift the tank...
Lift the tank up from the rear and pull away from the bars toward the rear ...
be careful not to pinch that vent line when you replace the tank..
