Each time I go to their teller to make a payment they ask me if I want a free checking acct. I say they couldn't pay me to have a checking acct with them. After all, they encoded one of my mortgage checks incorrectly and had the audacity to send us a letter saying how they could save our mortgage! i went to them with a receipt on their paper and they said their receipt are for show only. I paid off one of their credit cards in full and Bank of America reported it as a bad debt write off. Bank of America wired money out of my Interest on Lawyers Trust Acct WITHOUT authorization. They took three months to reverse it. And those morons wanted me to give them something in writing deauthorizing the transfers. I said sure, only after you show me the paperwork I signed telling you to effect the transfers. Threw the regs in their face and they said the statement was my notice. Gee thanks. Get the stmts on the 7th so Jan 1 went out and since I don't get jan stmt till the 7th feb 1 went out too. Right there they are a ....see what I mean. Anyone banking with the bank of america you are foolish and really in jeapordy. Man, I'm starting to sound like renegade.
