I live close to the factory in Hollister CA. They make adjustments for the first year of owning the seat. It's best that you have the bike there during fitting. I was able to have them cut the foam to the exact shape I wanted. I too, had to wrap a cloth around the front tab to eliminate wiggle. Corbin is worth a visit if you are in SF bay area!
