You missed 'http://' right before the www's. Also notice the word thumb in the last two. They will show really small. Get the non-thumbnail address instead.

you may laugh but I cut the front fender with tin snips
about an 1/8" away from my finish cut and hit it with the peanut grinder, (I mean the thumb eater)

i had mine off for a few months just had to put it back on. was worried about the oil cooler every time I went out. I actually had to add 1/2" to the strut to clear my k70 tire. I ordered a 180 tire today to be one thing closer to being done. Not done, just one thing closer to that elusive line. I am going to have to go with the bigger big bore and a super clutch for my next act I think.
It's only money! Money and horsepower are so closely connected. Imagine getting paid 2400 - 3000 horsepower a week. Daaaammm then my tire bill would be out of sight. this just never stops!

Hey Vic, I like what you've done to your bike.
I'll be at the Rock Store this Sunday(April 1st) about 11:00am with a few friends. What say you ride that nice lookin' machine o' yours there so I can see your handiwork in person?

I am not sure to be honest. Its the stock tire from 02. I need new tires, the pic doesn't show it well but its starting to get down there. I was thinking of getting an older looking tire.

just did the same mod as you victor
i chopped the front gaurd came out more square but looks good
i already had the back one bobbed
took a bit of guts as i did not want to mess it up i did it with an angle grinder then touched up the edges withsome black paint
i also kept the ring for the speedo cable

New 180 rubber going on as we speak. Same time gets new brakes/ cush drive and rotor. pics to follow now that I am a veteran pic poster.ha ha ah aha i'll "f" it up now that I bragged of being a vet!

Nice job on the bike, but I don't like the Pirelli MT66. It has an ugly sculpt and too much rolling noise on the highway.
Only pros: a good grip.
Also life is not long like Michelin Commander or Metz ME880.
Also Avon VenomX eavy duty is a good tire.

Couldn't get the mileage out of the me880 I was getting out of Dunlops. The avon haven't tried. There are onle a couple tires this size, metzler , pirelli, and the bridgestone (the same as the pirelli) nothing I have had has been bad excepty the stock bridgestone ,the rubber was like metal it was so hard.
