The lights were groovy colors, The band was playing slow, We danced just one dance together, then she said "i gotta go now" I crushed away a teardrop, And followed her outside, Where a long haired yob on a cycle, Was waiting to give her a ride, I'll never forget that flick she left with, Tellimg me id better leave town, But as soon as me mopeds front mudgaurd is fixed, Gonna find that creep and put him down, (down, down) When i get me moped out on the road, Im gonna ride, ride, ride, When i get me moped, out on the road, im gonna ride, ride, ride, When i get me moped out on the road, aint no body gonna tell me where to go no, When i get me moped out on the road im gonna ride, ride, ride ride. Funky Moped. Move funky moped, move funky moped, move move move move funky moped move....Funky moped. When im on me moped rocking and a socking, i'll ride ride ride, When im on me moped rocking and a socking, i'll ride ride ride, When im on me moped rocking and a socking, Everywhere i go the chicks are moving and a grooving, Wiggling and a giggling, dancing and a prancing, meemimg and a screamimg, When you see me moped streaming with a funk, you better ride, ride, ride, When you see me moped, ooh what a onk, you better ride, ride, ride, When you see me moped streaming with a funk, you know i'm out to burn up ever motorcycle punk, Arg, when you see me moped you better take your piece of junk and ride ride ride ride ride, Funky moped, Move funky moped, move funky moped, move move move move funky moped move....Funky moped. Ooh, me mum wont let me mend it in the kitchen, i got fix it in garden. Jasper Carrott. I think the term is 'one hit wonder' Actually, the guy was a stand up comedian, and an extreemily good one. And this was his only attempt at song writing. The B-Side of this had a spoken piece called Magic Roundabout. Now that was funny.

Actually, I quite like some of the old disco stuff.
Saturday Night Fever Staying Alive The Stud, with Joan Collins, remember her. Boy she was hot back then. I think i was about 12 at the time
Those movies had some great music on them.

Im not sure if he ever did it on one of his tv shows. But he released it as a single back in the early seventies. Had a minor hit with it in the UK. I remember watching it on Top Of The Pops.

He was also the sax player from the house band on Saturday Night Live when it was still funny. Back in the days of Mr Bill. Steve Martin , Chevy chase , Garret Morris , Gilda Radner , Loraine Newman , Bill Murry , Jane Curtain , Dan Akroyd... Good night and have a pleasant tommorrow.

OK, YOU GUYS asked for it....
Lyrics for: The Fishin' Hole (theme to The Andy Griffith Show) Well, now, take down your fishin' pole and meet me at The Fishin' Hole, We may not get a bite all day, but don't you rush away.
What a great place to rest your bones and mighty fine for skippin' stones, You'll feel fresh as a lemonade, a-settin' in the shade.
Whether it's hot, whether it's cool, oh what a spot for whistlin' like a fool.
What a fine day to take a stroll and wander by The Fishin' Hole, I can't think of a better way to pass the time o' day.
We'll have no need to call the roll when we get to The Fishin' Hole, There'll be you, me, and Old Dog Trey, to doodle time away.
If we don't hook a perch or bass, we'll cool our toes in dewy grass, Or else pull up a weed to chaw, and maybe set and jaw.
Hangin' around, takin' our ease, Watchin' that hound a-scratchin' at his fleas.
Come on, take down your fishin' pole and meet me at The Fishin' Hole, I can't think of a better way to pass the time o' day. Everybody whistle now!!
But, what do I know?

Anything...and I mean ANYTHING by CHER!!!!
(except of course, the duet of "I Got You Babe" that she did years ago with that poor sucker, the "tree-magnet", Sonny)
(Disclaimer: This opinion of mine regarding the relative merits of Cher's musical "talents" is in no way, shape, or form meant to offend any gay person who may be on the site at this time and who may read this)
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)
