I have the N42 - the quick release is top shelf - you'll never want to deal with d-rings ever again... the shield does fog on cooler mornings to the point you have to flip it up.
The shaded mini-shield is so-so. When it's really bright it is ok to flip it down, but most of the time it's too dark....so you end up running with the mini shield flipped up and it starts vibrating around 75 mph.
Also - a quick release shield would be nice. At the time I was looking for the Scorpion EXO-200, but they were impossible to buy, now I would consider trading....except I'd miss that quick release....
footnote - the current model N42 have an option for internal speakers.....I have some wired in, but would like to see the factory wired version....
