right click the pic...select open with....choose paint. Once it is open in paint there is a little black dot half way down right edge of pic and half way across the botton. Put your cursor on the dot so that a small black arrow appears that points both ways. If you then left click and hold that you can drag it in to where ever you want to crop it to..same with bottom. Then at the top click image and select flip rotate and select rotate by angle and check 180 then you can drag the other 2 sides then click image at the top again ..select flip rotate and rotate it back. Then click image at the top again and select stretch scew and in the stretch enter an amount you want to change the size by and enter it I normally enter 80 and 80 and if it is still too big do it again until it is down to where I want it. Then click file and select save as and save it and you just changed the size!
