OK now you should be able to follow the pic posting instructions in the help section.
Open the pic in photopost (I prefer to have a second window open so I can swap between photopost and the forum). Right click the pic, select "preferences", copy the properties of the pic (NOT the URL of the PAGE), and then in the message you are typing hit the button below the text window that says "image" and a box pops up. Paste the properties in there (make sure there aren't 2 sets of "http") and hit ok. Boom done.
